Who we are
qproi.com is operated by STBJR Enterprises LLC. QPROi is a trade name of STBJR Enterprises LLC. In this notice, "we" means STBJR Enterprises LLC.
What we collect
- When you send a request: your name, organization, work email address, and, if you provide them, a Medicare contract number, the times that suit you for a call, and any message you include. We also record which options you chose, the time of the request, and the country your connection came from, as reported by our hosting provider.
- When you sign in to a demo or client area: your email address, which our sign-in provider uses to send you a one-time code, and a record of the sign-in.
- We do not ask for, and you should not send, health information about any individual. Our analysis uses public data published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
How we use it
- To review and answer your request, prepare a Stars Snapshot, send the market summary, schedule a call, or give you access to the demo or your client area.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse of the request form.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores request-form entries, and runs sign-in for the demo and client areas. Signing in sets a session cookie needed for access.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on the home page, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep request-form entries for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless an engagement follows, in which case the terms of that engagement apply. Sign-in records are kept by Cloudflare for the period its service provides.
How we protect it
Request-form entries are stored with our hosting provider and can be viewed only by us after sign-in. Connections to qproi.com are encrypted. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we limit access to the people who need it.
Children
qproi.com is a business site for health plan professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the effective date above.
